We are seeking an administrative professional to help drive initiatives and maintain organization behind the scenes. This role will play a crucial role in supporting our executive team and ensuring smooth operation. 

Job Description 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate and manage meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reports.  

  • Answer and route phone calls. 

  • Produce, modify, and distribute various forms, spreadsheets, manuals, information packages, correspondence, and presentations as required.  

  • Schedule and confirm meetings. 

  • Act as a subject matter expert, handling high-priority inquiries, developing action plans, and delegating assignments.  

  • Represent the organization in high-level meetings and public events. 

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.  

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. 

  • Coordinate with other organizations and stakeholders to foster collaborative relationships.  

  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to key stakeholders. 

  • Create and maintain cross-departmental relationships.  

  • Provides process optimization.  

  • Provide communication support, including drafting emails, reports, memos, speeches, presentations, and other internal and external communications.  

  • Support strategic planning and project management initiatives including KPIs.  

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience.  

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or comparable systems. 

  • Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables.  

  • Experience in preparing presentation decks for leadership. 

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.  

  • Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. 

  • Proficient in research and problem-solving.  

  • Demonstrated knowledge of phone and email procedures and etiquette. 

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.  

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

Public Storage teammates are expected to work in the office five days each week with the option to take up to three flexible remote days per month.

  • Our office is based in Plano, east of I75 near E. Park Blvd, just North of Historic Downtown Plano.
